We offer our customers accomodations with kitchenette, en-suite bathroom in each room, free Wi-Fi, heated environment, freedom to return at leisure, parking slot, well-tended garden, kitchenette, a light-filled terrace.

Our guests may use the pool for a cooling swim and some healthy relaxation.
We can guide you on explorations of our local area: trekking, cycling/mountain-biking, horse-riding.
Our farm will offer you the chance to come into direct contact with our animals.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Very nice place in a great location. The mini-apartments are beautiful and well-kept. Quiet and beautiful garden. The common spaces inside and the outdoor tables are also very nice. Swimming pool. Riding stables.

More than three hundred fortifications are scattered throughout our province: towers, fortresses, fortified villages and castles. Some of these are private properties that cannot be visited, but others are public and open to the public.
Guided and non-guided tours, delicious tastings, medieval evenings and banquets...fairytale landscapes and places
Bobbio, the main center of the Trebbia Valley, is worth a visit. Its history is linked to the Abbey founded in 612 by St. Columban of Ireland, around which the medieval village develops which, during the summer evenings, comes alive and fills with life.
For the amusement of children (and adults!) The River Park water park offers swimming pools and slides of various types on the river bank in Rivergaro. Monte Penice is the ideal destination for winter sports and trekking.
